RLL subs Vips for still not medically cleared Harvey at Barber test – Motorsport.com’s David Malsher-Lopez reports Juri Vips is testing for Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing at Barber Motorsports Park today in place of Jack Harvey. Harvey has not been medically cleared by INDYCAR following his incident during the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg.
